Why is a quarterly visit more than a one-time visit?
Because it isn't the same visit. A one-time treatment at $89 targets the single pest you called about, one time. If it comes back in three weeks, that's another service call.
A quarterly visit covers every common pest on the property, includes wasp nest and web knockdown at the eaves, and carries unlimited free re-service in between. If something shows up in week three, we come back at no charge — as many times as it takes until it's handled.
One-time is the right call for a single, specific problem. Quarterly is the right call if you'd rather stop thinking about it.
