Termite Inspections for Real Estate
Close deals. Not termite surprises.
Pre-listing and closing WDI inspections, the NPMA-33 report, how a treatment keeps a deal alive, and how the warranty can transfer to a buyer after we inspect the house.
For Real Estate Agents
When a deal needs a wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspection, you need it scheduled quickly and reported clearly. We complete the standard NPMA-33 report for home sales on both sides of the state line. The home-sale report is a paid service, quoted when you call.
We can usually do the inspection within 1–2 business days, and we work Saturdays and Sundays. Tell us the closing date when you call. The finished report is emailed to the agent, lender and title company, usually within 2 days of the inspection — faster on request.
Every obstruction left in place becomes a line in Section IV and reduces what the report covers.
